With over a decade of experience in civil defense litigation, Susan Peters practices in the firm’s litigation section handling a variety of complex cases involving premise liability, product liability, auto negligence, and personal injury.  In addition to an inclination for defense arguments, Susan enjoys representing her individual clients who are often forgotten amid suits against large insurance companies. 

Backed by previous experience at firms both small and large, Susan enjoys litigating at a midsized firm like ZKS. She felt especially drawn to practicing at ZKS due to its enduring favorable reputation among attorneys and clients. 

After spending time raising her two children who are now in college, Susan currently enjoys filling her free time by traveling, participating in outdoor activities such as hiking or skiing, and refurbishing old furniture.
