Sarah Pape is a Shareholder in the firm’s banking, lending & structured finance and commercial litigation practice groups. Sarah represents banks, financial institutions, and other lenders in all types of lending transactions, both real estate and asset based. Sarah represents lenders in asset-based lending, UCC-secured transactions, and alternative financing arrangements such as receivables and inventory financing. Sarah has extensive experience representing banks, lenders, and community development corporations in all types of SBA loan transactions. Sarah holds a Designated Attorney status for the SBA 504 lending program.

Sarah also assists her financial services clients with regulatory and compliance matters. This includes working with her clients to prepare best practices policies, procedures, and forms; representing her clients before state regulatory agencies; and advising financial institutions as to avoiding litigation. When necessary, Sarah will also represent those same institutions in court. Sarah presents regularly on these issues at the Florida Bankers Association’s Seminars and Conferences.

Since 2009, Sarah has consistently been recognized as Rising Star in the Super Lawyer Magazine, being counted among the elite 2.5% of Florida’s attorneys under 40 years of age or in practice for less than 10 years, to receive this honor. In 2012, Sarah was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal Women Who Mean Business as a Woman to Watch.

Sarah grew up in Central Florida and is proud to be working and giving back to the Central Florida community. Sarah is committed to giving back to her community by dedicating a portion of her time and practice of law to pro bono legal representation, including representation of children as a Guardian ad Litem through the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
