Renee Schohl is a Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department, focusing on Bankruptcy matters.  Renee’s experience as a Paralegal specializing in bankruptcy matters spans over two decades.  Her knowledge of the bankruptcy process makes her an invaluable resource for Trustees and clients. 

Renee supports our attorneys in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings by pursuing debtor assets, conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, contacting creditors, and filing reports with various federal agencies.  Additionally, Renee assists in pro bono bankruptcy matters on behalf of debtors.
