Dwayne Gray has been practicing law in Orlando for over twenty-nine (29) years. His practice is focused in the area of transactional real estate (commercial, multi-family and single family residential) real estate finance, zoning, land use, and creditors’ rights. He represents local and national developers in connection with the acquisition, development and management of multi-family/garden apartments with a further specialization in Section 42 LIHTC funded multi-family segment. He also represents multi-family developers in connection with the acquisition, development and management of multi-family market transactions. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate matters, including various land use and zoning issues related to the same. He also represents a number of banks in handling commercial real estate and asset based lending matters. Dwayne has extensive experience in special asset workouts, representing a number of national and local financial institutions. He also represents a number of golf course developers and owner/operators and hotel/motel owners and operators. In addition, he represents a number of closely-held corporations in connection with general corporate and business matters.
Mr. Gray has also been recognized as one of Orlando Home and Leisure Magazine’s Top Lawyers, based on his AV Preeminent rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review.
