Kim has helped close complex affordable housing transactions in Florida and Texas, including credit-enhanced bond transactions involving multiple layers of debt and tax credit equity. She also frequently assists our attorneys with commercial loan closings, real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as title and survey matters.
