Bio

Bradley J. Anderson is part of the commercial litigation practice group of the firm. His areas of practice include general commercial litigation, bankruptcy, enforcement of creditors’ rights and remedies, business debt collection, foreclosures and workouts, landlord/tenant litigation, construction contract and construction lien disputes, and general fiduciary related problems. He represents large and small businesses, banks, homeowners’ and condominium associations, developers, contractors, and other corporate and individual clients.

Brad is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While in law school, he served as a teaching assistant for trial practice, legal research and writing, and appellate advocacy. He also served as a judicial extern for the Florida 18th Judicial Circuit and the Florida 8th Judicial Circuit, and he received a Book Award in trial practice. During the summer of 2012, Brad clerked with ZKS and was then hired by the firm. Brad is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
