Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe is pleased to announce that Laura Sundberg has been elected to serve a three-year term on the International Committee of the Mackrell International referral network.  As a member of the International Committee, Laura will collaborate with lawyers from across the globe to continue to strengthen the network and bring value to member’s clients.

Mackrell International is an international referral network made up of over 90 firms.  Membership allows ZKS attorneys to serve clients on an international scale, while still maintaining the relationships and personalized service that ZKS is known for. 

Laura is the Managing Partner of the ZKS Trusts and Estates department as well as the Chair of Marketing Committee.  She is Board Certified by the Florida Bar and has served on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Bar (RPPTL) for more than 20 years, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Communications Committee. 

In her 30 plus years of practice, Laura has handled a wide variety of matters in the Trust and Estates arena. Using her practical and personal approach, she specializes in advising beneficiaries and fiduciaries about their rights and duties. She is adept at handling complex and contested estate, and trust administration; litigation and general fiduciary related problems resolution, as well as tax, business and personal estate planning, and has special experience advising non-United States citizens.
