Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe has named Matthew G. Petra as a Shareholder of the Firm as of January 1, 2022.
Matthew is part of the firm’s commercial practice group. He is board certified as an expert in real estate law by the Florida Bar. Matthew practices in the firm’s real estate section, handling all aspects of a variety of real estate matters.
Matthew’s practice also focuses on commercial lending; he primarily focuses on real estate based financing, but he also represents lenders with respect to asset-based lending and alternative financing arrangements. Furthermore, he represents tenants and landlords with respect to commercial leases.
