A MESSAGE FROM ZIMMERMAN, KISER & SUTCLIFFE

As global concern about coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, the team here at Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe understands it is important to connect with you and share the current measures we have enacted to provide the safest environment possible for our clients and our team.

• We will continue to provide services to our clients and remain open for business subject to the physical restrictions outlined in this email.
• To support and implement the CDC prevention strategy known as “Social Distancing”, effective immediately we are moving as many staff and attorneys to remote work locations as possible.  Our offices will remain open with only essential staff for minimal activities (reception, mail room).
• As it is important that we are still available to assist our clients and other members of our community, we are implementing the opportunity to conduct meetings virtually for those clients who are ill or concerned about traveling to our office.
• In the event a meeting must take place in person, all conference rooms and common areas are routinely cleaned with Lysol or a similar disinfectant between client appointments, including frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs, telephones, chairs, tables, etc.
