ZKS Proudly Welcomes 3 Attorneys To The Firm

Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, P.A. is excited to announce the addition of 3 (three) attorneys to the firm and welcomes Tai Phetsanghane, Amy Jellicorse and Bradley Anderson.

tai-phetsanghane-iconTai Phetsanghane joins the firm in the area of personal injury defense litigation.  Phetsanghane brings litigation experience from his work with a Miami law firm, where he practiced premises liability, medical malpractice and product liability.  He is a graduate, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami, School of Law and a former judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas D. Hall, Clerk of Court of The Florida Supreme Court.  While in law school, Phetsanghane was the Comments Editor of the International & Comparative Law Review and the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship for all three years of law school.  In addition, he served as a Dean’s Fellow, student instructor, for Professor Osamudia James’ First-Year Torts Course and for the law school’s Writing Center.   Phetsanghane received his undergraduate degree, with University Honors, in history and political science from the University of Central Florida.  He has a working knowledge of Spanish, Latin and German.  Currently he is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.

amy-e-jellicorse-iconAmy Jellicorse and Bradley Anderson clerked with ZKS the summer of 2012 and upon graduation, both cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, joins the firm as associates. Both having successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam, ZKS attorneys and personnel look forward to their futures with the firm.

Ms. Amy Jellicorse works in the area of workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, carriers and servicing agents throughout Florida.  In addition, Jellicorse handles litigation proceedings, including personal injury defense, products liability and other civil litigation matters. As an active member of her law school, she received a book award in International and European Copyright Law, was the Secretary of The Florida Moot Court Team and Vice-Chair of Special Events.  She received her undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.  Her prior work experience includes clerkships with two other law firms, work as a research assistant with Barry University School of Law and work in the business community.

bradley-j-anderson-iconMr. Bradley J. Anderson practices in diverse areas of general commercial and corporate litigation, including representation of large and small businesses, banks, developers, contractors, insurance companies and other corporate and individual clients. While in law school, Anderson served as a teaching assistant for trial practice, legal research and writing, and appellate advocacy.  He also served as a judicial extern for the Florida 18th Judicial Circuit and the Florida 8th Judicial Circuit, and he received a Book Award in trial practice.  Anderson earned his undergraduate degree in finance, cum laude, from the University of Florida.  He is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association and he plans to become active in the Legal Aid Society as a guardian ad litem.
