Steve_Hatcher_8_14_13ORLANDO, FL — Stephen B. Hatcher, President of the law firm of Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, P.A. (ZKS), recently received the designation of Certified Christian Conciliator from the Institute of Christian Conciliation in association with Peacemaker Ministries, a national organization founded in 1982 under the auspices of the Christian Legal Society.
In addition to other programs, Peacemaker Ministries works to help individuals who face existing, pending, or imminent conflicts (whether personal, business, marital, or family) by referring them to a trusted network of Christian mediators.  Christian mediators strive to help parties resolve conflicts and minimize the emotional and financial damage that often accompanies a conflict.

The road to becoming a Certified Christian Conciliator mediator involves mentored, hands-on mediation experience after completing specific educational requirements including a training program where participants are taught to understand and use principles of Biblical conflict resolution (coaching others through a conflict and mediation.)   Upon completion of education handling and multiple mediations, participants earn the status of Certified Christian Conciliator from the Institute for Christian Conciliation in association with Peacemaker Ministries.

Stephen B. Hatcher has more than 30 years of experience practicing law in the areas of complex real estate transactions and sophisticated estate and tax planning.  He holds an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation and has received the highest rating of “AV Preeminent” from Martindale-Hubbell.  In addition, he has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including American Leading Attorney, Super Lawyer and Legal Elite.
