Bio

Kevin Robinson practices commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts throughout Florida.  He is also admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His practice includes the representation of large and small businesses, developers, contractors, financial institutions, insurance companies, and other corporate and individual clients of the firm in various contractual, business, real estate, and commercial disputes. Kevin’s practice includes work in the areas of general commercial litigation, appeals, construction law, debt collection and foreclosures, landlord/tenant litigation, intellectual property litigation, employment litigation, trust and probate litigation, and other real property litigation.

Kevin has been named a ‘Rising Star’ by Super Lawyers magazine, a recognition that was awarded after Kevin was nominated by his peers in the Florida legal community. The “Rising Star” designation is granted to fewer than 2.5% of Florida attorneys under the age of 40.

In addition to the legal work that Kevin performs for clients of the Firm, Kevin donates his time by providing pro bono legal services through the Orange County Legal Aid Society, assisting those who otherwise would not be able to afford competent legal counsel. Kevin and his family also donate their time to local animal rescue organizations.

Kevin grew up in upstate New York and moved to Central Florida after he graduated from law school. Kevin has called Orlando home since that time and currently resides in Winter Park with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
