Tai Phetsanghane practices in the firm’s litigation section, handling all aspects of a variety of civil litigation cases, including personal injury defense, premises liability and products liability. He brings litigation experience from his work with a Miami law firm, where he practiced liability defense, including professional liability and medical malpractice defense.
Tai graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and he is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas D. Hall, Clerk of Court of The Florida Supreme Court. While in law school, he served as Comments Editor of the International & Comparative Law Review and was the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. In addition, he served as a Dean’s Fellow, student instructor, for Professor Osamudia James’ First-Year Torts Course and for the law school’s Writing Center.
Tai has a working knowledge of Spanish, Latin and German. Currently he is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
