Tai Phetsanghane practices in the firm’s litigation section, handling all aspects of a variety of civil litigation cases, including personal injury defense, premises liability and product liability. He brings litigation experience from his work with a Miami law firm, where he practiced liability defense, including and medical malpractice defense.
Tai graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami, School of Law and he is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas D. Hall, Clerk of Court of The Florida Supreme Court. While in law school, he served as Comments Editor of the International & Comparative Law Review and was the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship for all three years of law school. In addition, he served as a Dean’s Fellow, student instructor, for Professor Osamudia James’ First-Year Torts Course and for the law school’s Writing Center.
Tai has a working knowledge of Spanish, Latin and German. Currently he is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
