Shaunda Hill practices in the firm’s litigation section, including the handling of complex litigation cases in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, product liability and personal injury cases. She brings with her over ten years of defense litigation experience.
Mrs. Hill graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University, College of Law. After which, she was admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mrs. Hill has experience litigating disputes on behalf insurance companies and litigating suits which are brought by individuals and restoration companies throughout the State of Florida.
Mrs. Hill also worked for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Public Defender. During her career, she handled felony, juvenile and misdemeanor cases in both County and Circuit Courts. Mrs. Hill defended a variety of offenses and has extensive trial experience in Florida State Courts. Additionally, she worked as a Senior Attorney with Children’s Legal Services.
Mrs. Hill is committed to giving back to the community by dedicating a portion of her time and practice of law to pro bono legal representation, including representation of children as a Guardian ad Litem through the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
Currently Shaunda serves on the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the Florida Bar.
