Bio

Rick has over thirty years of experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights with a specialty in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization cases.

After law school, Rick served as a judicial law clerk for the prestigious U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Alexander L. Paskay in Tampa, Florida. Rick is a Certified Bankruptcy Mediator and accomplished author and lecturer on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and ethics.

Rick is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.

In July 2010, Rick Webber was appointed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division by the Department of Justice.

In February 2020, Rick Webber was appointed a Subchapter V Trustee in Small Business Debtor Reorganization Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases by the Department of Justice.
