Peter S. Garcia is an Associate at the firm and practices in the firm’s litigation section, handling a variety of civil litigation cases, including: personal injury defense; premises liability; and product liability. He brings nearly 10 years litigation experience from his work with an Orlando law firm – where he practiced personal injury defense involving first and third party automobile insurance claims, general civil litigation, and criminal defense – as well as his experience at the Public Defender’s Office.
Peter is a graduate of the Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, he interned with the Public Defender’s Office, the State Attorney’s Office, and with a local county court judge. Peter also worked as a student intern, researching various topics and assisted with developing seminars. Between undergraduate and law school he attended Broward Community College, while working at a Miami law firm, to obtain a national paralegal certification. Peter is a self-published author and has also been published in the Orange County Bar Association’s magazine, “The Briefs.”
Peter was named as one of Florida’s Legal Elite Up and Comers for 2015 by Florida Trend Magazine.
In addition to his practice, Peter’s pro bono activities include representing indigent clients for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
Peter is bilingual and speaks Spanish.
