Devin Esposito plays a dual role in the Workers’ Compensation and Litigation practice groups of the firm. As a workers’ compensation defense associate, Devin focuses on representing the interests of employers, carriers, and servicing agents in all aspects of Florida workers’ compensation cases. As a litigation associate, Devin defends clients in a variety of civil litigation cases, including personal injury, insurance defense, and premises liability.
Mr. Esposito clerked with ZKS the summer of 2015 and upon graduation, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law was hired by the firm. As an active member of his law school, he served as the President of the John Marshall Bar Association, the President of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Law Student Association, Co-Chair of the Class Gift Committee, and Commission Chair of the University of Florida Elections Commission. Devin also had the honor of serving as the teaching assistant for Justice Clarence Thomas’s one-week constitutional law class, offered at the Levin College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
