OverviewAmy Jellicorse practices both litigation and transactional law at ZKS. Within corporate transactions, Amy’s practice includes representing businesses and non-profit entities in corporate and general business transactions, including entity formation and structuring, sales and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, including mezzanine loans and equity acquisitions, contract formation, commercial leases, and various permitting required in business acquisitions. Amy also represents clients with labor/employment law and intellectual property matters.
Within litigation, Amy has experience in commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation, including mobile home park litigation. She also has experience with general commercial litigation, business debt collection, and foreclosures.
Amy dedicates a portion of her time to pro bono legal representation. Her pro bono activities involve the representation of abused and neglected children in juvenile court, through the Orange County Bar Association’s Guardian ad Litem program.
Amy clerked with ZKS the summer of 2012 and upon graduation, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law was hired by the firm. As an active member of her law school, she received book awards in Appellate Advocacy and International and European Copyright Law, was the Secretary of The Florida Moot Court Team and was the Notes Chair of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. She received her undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
